OVERVIEW...
ABOUT- You'll fing the basics in the About section of the site. There is a short history of Madman's Movie Reviews, some of my views on the horror genre today, and most of the site's copyright information. Nothing spectacular.
ASK MADMAN- Ask Madman is 'Dear Abby' for horror fans. I'll answer anything the best I can! Having a problem with your love life, go read a horoscope because I won't post any of that crap up there! Ask Madman is mainly for questions or comments on the site or horror movies. Keep in my mind I don't know everything (although sometimes I act like I do).
BOOKS- Books are more of an important part of horror movies then many people think. I'd say only about 40% of horror scripts are orginial pieces of work. This means that the other 60% percent are either produced from books or are a result of repeated use of drugs. That's why, along with movies, I will be reviewing various books I've read.
LINKS- You know Madman's isn't the only site that you should go to to read about all your favorite movies (although I'd highly recommend it). That's why I've created 'Mad Links' an easy way to jump from my site to anything else that's worth visiting online. We also have our Site of the Month award were I'll give the most deserving site a 'Madman'. A coveted award that only a select few have earned.
MESSAGE BOARD- Madman's Message Board is a place where fans of the wensite can submit their comments on movies or any other thing that interests them. I'll pop in every once in a while to add my comments also but if you really want to talk to me e-mail me at Ask Madman.
TELEVISION- Besides for maybe books television has also influenced the horror medium greatly. Here you'll find reviews on some of the best horror-related TV shows on today, past and present.
NEWS- I don't exactly have as many sources as Fangoria or Variety but whatever information I get on a release date I'll try to pass it on through here.
PARANORMAL- Something that has always interested me about the horror genre is the paranormal. I know a lot of it is crap but sometimes even I'm not sure. Along with famous haunted houses and other things of that nature. I'll also include some "real" horror stories like famous crimes and people.
REVIEWS- The bulk of the website can be found here in the reviews section. I'll update this bi-weekly with, hopefully, a new review everytime. You'll find all types of movies here from past to present.
